- Fill out application completely. Allow us a few days to review and follow up with your references.
- Photo ID is required.
- Once you pay for the first months rent, we will pull it from being "available" to the general public.
- Once payment received it is non-refundable.

You’ll have the whole home and one off street parking space.

You will have your own secure private entry and patio. The home is connected to the rear of the owners home
HOUSE RULES
No smoking and no pets are permitted. Quiet after 10pm. No un-approved guests to stay more than 3 days.
